The Dream .
Hi! I'm Jasmine, the founder and creator of Are & Be Coffee. I have a love for coffee and a passion for people!
For as long as I can remember all I have wanted to do in life is find the best way love on hurting people, on the unseen.
For most of my life I have felt like a wallflower not seen or heard, yet I have the biggest smile and the loudest laugh around, ha!
I wanted to find a way to help the unseen feel seen, provide a tangible space for folks to find peace in the midst of chaos, and to cultivate an environment where community can come together, and boom .

So much community is created over a cup of coffee, right?
But coffee shops have this unfortunate reputation of being a little clicky, and judgmental . . . "you don't know what a Gibraltar is?" I can feel the judgement already.
Are & Be will be a shop that welcomes and encourages people from all walks of life to
come as they are & simply be .
I want to invite you to come along this journey from concept to concrete with me! I am starting a shop from the ground up, shaped by and curated for our community.

We are proud to do business differently. We work with a local small batch coffee roaster, ensure our coffee is ethically sourced on women-owned fair trade farms, create all house-made syrups, and give back to our community at every step of the way.
10% gives back! All hot beverages give back to Orale Long Beach, and all iced beverages give back to Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective.

We serve organic, single-origin coffee from women-owned farms with fair trade practices. Every beverage supports mental health nonprofits, making your event meaningful and delicious.

Full Service Menu
Are & Be's coffee cart full coffee menu offerings, including lattes, matcha, cappuccinos, and any seasonal drinks. We can also create custom signature drinks to meet the theme of your event.
Limited Menu
Are & Be's coffee cart limited coffee menu offerings, including drip coffee, tea, matcha, and cold brew. This includes 3 syrups of your choice, and cream tops for an additional fee.
Canned Coffee & Drip Service
Self service station of drip coffee, tea, and canned coffee/matcha (2 flavor options). A team member will be present to ensure the station is stocked but would not serve guests.
